About Your Coach
I’m Verča — a martial artist with 25 years of training experience, MMA fighter, and PhD holder in Sports Psychology. I teach traditional Chinese Kung Fu in a modern way that is clear and encouraging.
My goal is to make Kung Fu accessible and meaningful, whether you’re here for movement, discipline, or personal growth. Even a month can have a significant impact on your physical, psychological, and emotional health.
Traditional Kung Fu
isn’t about brute force — it’s about unlocking deep, inner strength and revitalizing the body from within. These time-honored techniques help rebuild deep tissue strength while improving flexibility, promoting long-term health and vitality.
The Chinese say, “What is alive is soft and flexible, what is old and dead is stiff.”
Hung Gar Kung Fu
is more than a martial art—it is a philosophy deeply rooted in discipline, respect, and perseverance. It incorporates firm, powerful stances, strategic techniques, and a connection to the five animals (Tiger, Crane, Leopard, Snake, and Dragon) and five elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water). These principles guide both combat and personal growth.
The benefits
of Hung Gar Kung Fu extend beyond self-defense. It builds deep internal strength, enhances flexibility, and improves cardiovascular health. The controlled breathing techniques and fluid movements help in calming the mind, reducing stress, and sharpening focus.
By immersing yourself in Hung Gar, you embrace a holistic path to both physical mastery and inner harmony. This practice will bring you back to the softness and strength of youth.
